Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • To assist Manager / Deputy Manager on HR and administration matters.
  • To perform general clerical duties i.e : letter typing, fax, email, photostat, handling calls, correspondence and filing 
  • To manage and monitor all project's vehicles maintenance work complete with relevant documents needed for vehicle servicing. 
  • To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental (QSHE) system.
  • To comply with client and applicable legal; other requirements 
  • To dedicate documents and letters to our dispatch in the morning, afternoon and/or whenever required. 
  • To record all incoming / outgoing memo either by email, courier or by hand. 
  • To make arrangement for purchasing on office related stationaries and sundries for site office, consultant office, HQ office. 
  • To make necessary arrangement, monitoring and maintenance for staff / labour quarters. 
  • To undertake any all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by superior.

  • SPM (Minimum), Certificate / Diploma on related courses
  • Transportation not provided

Working Hour 

  • Monday - Friday : 8.00am- 5.30pm
  • Saturday : 8.00am - 1.00pm
  • Sunday : Off day
