Job Description
Job Responsibility
To perform day to day general administrative tasks
Daily data entry, receive orders and billing of invoices/quotations/proforma invoice/credit notes/memos etc and filing
Receiving stock from supplier and creating Goods Receive notes
Assist with any functions of the day to day operations within Admin Department
Liaise with Store Department and Operations Manager for shipment of goods
Submitting weekly/monthly report accordingly to Admin Head
