  • Manage and monitor administrative task and documentations
  • Handle and update records of sales and payments
  • Follow-up and drafting correspondence
  • Follow-up and verify documentations and liaise with various related parties
  • Assist in office administration including documentation and filing
  • All other duties arranged by Manager.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Admin Clerk need to have basic skills of Microsoft (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
  • Min. SPM, STPM, Cert/Diploma/Degree in Administration or any related fields
  • Min. 1 year experience as an admin clerk (Fresh graduated are welcome)
  • Able to converse and write basic English and Malay language
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
