Job Responsibility
Job Description :
o Responsibility to provide financial, administrative and clerical services
o Ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations and revenue by verifying and posting receipts
o Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data
o Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits.
o Reconcile the accounts receivable leger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
o Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
o Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Job Requirements :
o Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Finance/Accounting or any courses that equivalent.
o Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting skills are required.
o Analytical, organized and detail oriented
o Computer literate (in Microsoft Excel & Words)
o Good command of written & spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
o Neat and well-groomed appearance.
o Fresh graduates are encouraging to apply
