Job ResponsibilityJob scope
-Provide administrative support such as filing, copying, distribution, scanning, collates general information etc.
-Performs data entry in relation to stock, payment &claims documents received
-Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memo, and emails
-Handling purchases requisition (including online purchasing) of office equipment, stationery, pantry items, etc. and monitoring of invoices and payment.
-Support in preparing daily & weekly report to clients
-Issuance of letters to clients/members
-Working with different department and teams within the company and take care of administrative matters relating to Stocktake and Operation management.
-Overseeing the office cleanliness.
-Able to efficiently carry out general administrative duties.-
-Assisting on handling customer complaint.
Requirement:
-Minimum 3 months of probation period
-Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
-Pleasant appearance with good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Good knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Committed and meticulous.
*During the probation period, you will be exposed to these areas:
1. Support daily administration for operations in Footwear Retailing & F&B (Data Entry)
2. Support Company Business Goal
