Job Responsibility

• To perform Data Entry, basic bookkeeping & account entries for General, Accounts Receivable and Payable and petty cash
• Handle human resources operation tasks such as submit staff overtime, staff claims and staffing matters
• Manage, monitor & propose of general maintenance & upkeep office
• Manage on other HR matters such as SOCSO, EPF, EIS etc
• Manage Marketing, production matters such as, Handle Outlet, Packing, Handle Stock keeping, Cleanliness, Carry items
• Manage Delivery when needed

Job Requirements

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia (Proficiency in English will be considered as added value)
• Well verse with Microsoft Applications (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point) and accounting software
• Able to work under supervision, under pressure and multi- tasking, good attitude and motivated.
• Adobe Illustrator/ Adobe Photoshop (Will be considered as added value)
