Job Responsibility1) Deals with Public Relation & Customer Service. Answer to the centre entrance, direct phone calls and organize and schedule appointments when necessarily.
2) Responsible to write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms to all staff and teachers
3) Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports ie; minutes meeting, event etc
4) Develop and maintain e-filing system which includes in manage students profile in and out, staffs and teachers.
5) Develop and maintain e-filling system relates to finance matters.
6) Update and maintain office policies and procedures of the operation.
7) Order office supplies, meal supplies, centre needs and research new deals and suppliers.
8) Maintain details of clients, new clients and future clients.
9) Manage and to follow up monthly fees income,revenue and outstanding.
10) Submit and reconcile expense reports monthly basis.
11) Provide general support to visitors, students, staff and teachers when necessarily.
12) Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients including matters that involves money( cash/cheque), bank and other authorities agent.
13) Involves in marketing activities includes sales & promo events, editing video and involve in producing marketing materials.
