Job Responsibilityo Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
o Prepare beverages following recipes
o Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
o Keep the bar area clean
o Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
o Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
o Comply with health and safety regulations
o Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
Requirements:
Minimum education qualification: SPM
Years of relevant experience: 3-5 years related experience preferably in F&B.
Knowledge in Food Hygiene Regulations is added advantage
Competencies / Skills required:
o Connecting & engaging with customers
o Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
o Basic Mathematics skill
o Maintain a clean & organize environment
o Upselling on food, beverage & merchandise
o Provide quality beverage & food products
o Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
