Job Responsibility

• To manage daily incoming sales inquiries and other general email communication.
• Communicate with customers and sales personnel to answer inquires, disseminate information, take orders and etc.
• Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and etc.
• Process and prepare tender documents for submission.
• Prepare sales quotation, proposal and monitor the progress.
• Maintain an up to date database of the customer record.
• Source for competitive quotes from suppliers, monitor and oversee the company's marketing budget.

Job Requirements

• Sales Department
• Working experience 1 to 2 years will be an advantage.
• Must Process Business Diploma in Marketing or related field

Attributes

• Excellent knowledge in MS office Words, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Good typing speed at least  40 wpm
• With a good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a highly polished Telephone Etiquette.
• Highly motivated, Pleasant disposition and can work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Committed to completing work assignments on time.
• High discretion in handling confidential information.
• Strong organization skills and highly meticulous to detail.
