Job ResponsibilityJob Description
1. Responsible for allotment of rooms to the workers/staff.
2. Responsible for maintenance of the hostels.
3. Keeps strict discipline among workers/staff of the hostels.
4. Reports to the Project Manager in case of any indiscipline or misbehaviour by the workers/employee.
5. Looks into the grievances/complaints of the workers/employees if found genuine.
6. Arranges for first-aid in case of any emergency.
Requirements
1. Good negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to persuade others.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience is required.
3. SPM/STPM
4. Possess adequate clerical skills to support the construction project manager.
