Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • To manage day to day office administrativee.
  • Handling inbound and outbound Calls and enquiries, handling emails, issuing Do/Invoice,
  • Preparing quotation and documents, 
  • Arrange courier
  • Manage Facebook & Instagram pages, Debtor Aging, filing & other adhoc.

 


Job Requirements
  • Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s):
  • Microsoft Office, and preferably.
