Job Responsibility1. Greet & assist visitors at the office.
2. Prepare letter and memo
3. Liaise to any related parties as per requested by management:
-Chinese Visa and etc (ad hoc task).
4. Handle all matter related with company vehicle (road tax/ insurance/ service/ summon/ police report)
5. Handle and liaise with Landlord / Agency regarding rental house.
6. Booking hotel / flight ticket for staff
7. Handling, request and arrange SSM Company for company secretary.
8. Submit application of Trade Mark, Industrial Design, and Pattern; follow up the previous application.
9. Liaise with courier / transport service for opening account & issue related to lost or damaged goods.
10. Booking SF international courier service and Skynet for pickup; request flyers and consignment note.
11. Do survey and buy equipment requested from office/outlet/fair.
12. Liaise with supplier regarding maintenance and issue related
printing photocopy machine, air Cond, fire extinguisher and etc.
13. Opening bank account.
14. Liaise with bank and merchant agency for application and relocation of merchant terminal.
15. Prepare stationery for office/outlet/fair.
16. Review / monitor all document/ equipment related opening and closing outlet and fair.

18o Premise and advertisement license (Local Government and Dewan Bahasa)
19o Insurance (Insurance agency)
20. Apply Music License
