Job Description


Job Responsibility
1. support branch daily operations, administrative tasks by sorting physical documents( invoice generation,cashbill,payment voucher, contra billing,subcontract billing,collection official receipt from customer , and other related task) .
2. Person in charge for the branch utility bills, office equipment & ordering tools/equipment/accessories for the operation, any expenses for the branch , and basic day to day cash flow tracking.
3. Create schedule of work for both branch and give report for the schedule to the HQ every week.
4. Person in charge for the data entry in SQL system (focus on jobsheet/ cashbill entry and other related task).
5. Responsible for various office administrative items & clerical work ie. Printing, photocopying, answering phone calls, emails, following up & tracking new enquiries etc.
6. Reach admin branch KPI.
7. Participant in daily meeting, monthly meeting and give report for any issues rise.
8. Conduct regular 5S activities at the branch.
9. Perform any other duties and responsibility that will be assigned from time to time that are related to your role and Company's business.

Additional Job:
1. Assistant for the leader branch to support any operation task.
2. Give any Suggestion or improvements that have an impact on the company.
