Job Responsibility- Providing administrative support to ensure office operation undisrupted.
- Managing and assisting day to day general office works.
- Liaise with local supplier for purchase documentation.
- Assist in maintaining and upkeeping of office facilities, equipments and assets.
- Assisting in data entry works.
- Assist in executing of company events.
- May need to visit statutory department as and when required.
- Performing other ad hoc administrative works assigned by superior as and when required.
