Job Responsibility1. Review all the new or resubmissions merchant applications received from the sales team.
2. Process the new merchant applications within the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA).
3. To update and enter all the required information accurately into the system for record and processing purposes.
4. Consistently follow up on the merchant application status and decision with the banks.
5. To highlight to the supervisor if there are any suspicious merchant applications and provide recommendations for improvements where applicable.
6. Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.
