Gillchal Sdn Bhd is one of the top distributors of pet food in Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
o To provide administrative support to the accounts department
o Preparing and submitting monthly sales & import record
o Generate Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoices
o Manage customers' orders by using AutoCount System
o To handle the daily operations of e-Commerce platforms including marketplace (Shopee, Lazada etc.)
o To check and prepare Shopee unauthorized & removal listing
o To update customer details in website
o Coordinate approved training programs includes getting approval and claim from HRDF & necessary arrangement
o To ensure general administrative functions are carried out efficiently and effectively
o To assist in assigned tasks from time to time
Requirements:
o Diploma and Degree holders in any discipline
o A meticulous person with high sense of urgency
o Computer literate (MS Office)
o Preferably language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
o High integrity, organized, honest, good interpersonal and responsible
o Strong team player, yet able to work independently
o Resourceful with excellent multitasking skills
o Good communication skills and able to communicate at all levels
o Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply
o Willing to start work immediately or short notice would be an added advantage
What we offer:
o Salary ranging from RM1,800 - RM2,200
o Working hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm (Monday - Friday)
9.00am - 1.00pm (Alternate Saturday)
