3. To assist in order food for meeting.
4. To answer phone call and divert to related person.
5. To attend guest coming in.
6. To make reservation of the meeting room.
7. Ensure the cleanliness of the office.
8. Assist in controlling inventory level 3.
9. Filing documents.
10. Remind project meeting to related Project Group every morning.
11. Ensure all documents send to the right person.
12. To schedule and host meetings as per instructed.
13. To answer phone call and divert to related person.
14. To attend guest coming in.
15. To make reservation of the meeting room.
16. Ensure the cleanliness of the office.
17. Perform other duties as required.
