Job Description


Job Responsibility
. Perform general and administrative duties.
. Organise and maintain proper office filing and record systems.
. Handle basic correspondences, documentation and follow-up functions
. Basic knowledge of accounting system - SQL/Auto count
. Handle warehouse stock & inventory duties using the computerized inventory system
. Perform customers & supplier invoices checking and other business process checking
. Processing and documenting Delivery Order, Purchase Order, Invoices and more& file, organize and maintain all documents in a proper manner.
. Assist in all the required paperwork for business operation
. Able to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
. Organized, hardworking and with a keen eye for details.
. Duties of the Administrative assistant include providing support to manager in daily office needs and managing department general administrative activity.
. Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
. Provide general administrative and clerical support including data entry, mailing, scanning, and copying to management.
. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
. Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or others documents.
. Maintain business office inventory and by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed customers & supplies, placing and expediting orders for customers & suppliers, verifies receipts of customers & suppliers.
. Assist resolving any administration problems.
. Able to establish good relationships with vendors, clients, and staff.

Jobs Requirements:
o Candidate must possess at least a SPM Level.
o Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a must.
o Proficient in computer skills (MS Office - MS Word and MS Excel)
o Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
o Self-disciplined & Positive Attitude.
o Responsible & Good Interpersonal Skills.
o Multi-tasking & Willing to Learn.
o Proactive and able to work either independently or in a team.
o Preferable female Chinese speaker.
o Applicants must be willing to work/ travel within Klang Valley.
o 5 1/2 days work per week
