1 Maintain and order office supplies and maintenance for office equipment and office supplies ie uniforms/ utilities/ pantry/ company gifts/customer refreshment
2 Coordinate the recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing candidates, interviewing and orientation to new employee on board procedures.
3 To prepare, administer and updating records of administration work such as preparation of letter, employment contract, resigned administration, employees' job confirmation, transfer, promotion, & contract renewal.
4 Arrange Technical Skills /Soft Skills for all staffs
5 Assist to collect and compile information including leave applications, overtime records and attendance records.
6 Preparation of official letter, warning letter, memo.
7 Organize Company event ie opening event, hari raya celebration, annual dinner, birthday celebration, farewell party & team building.
8 Provide HR relevant reports as and when required.
9 Assist in Performance Management System.
Requirements:
At leaser 1 yr HR related experience.
