Job Description


Job Responsibility
1. Attending to customer requirements via calls, Whats App and emails.
2. Checking and advising stock levels and reservations for customers. Propose alternative products if required.
3. Working on stock transfer and stock updates.
4. Sending out promotional products, catalogs and samples to customers.
5. Customer order processing.
6. Sending out POs to suppliers.
7. Handling sample request and preparation.
8. Processing of goods return and CN for customers.
9. Looking into delivery arrangements for customer.
10. Other related task assigned by senior executives/managers.
