Job ResponsibilityJob Description:
o Maintain and perform a variety of daily administrative duties in order to ensure smooth running of Company business such as office equipment and stationery, handle incoming and outgoing calls and other day-to-day administrative duties
o To prepare correspondences as and when required by the management
o To record and keep track of all incoming and outgoing correspondences information
o To do filing for all incoming and outgoing correspondences with systematic filing systems for example by keeping files and document in either soft copy or hard copy
o To prepare and submit documents to the relevant parties of the companies
o To do EPF & SOCSO contribution and other HR related tasks
o To monitor and follow up for any assigned tasks
o To liaise with external parties of the company - Clients, Vendor, Government Departments and etc for Company related matters, government departments that you will need to liaise with are such as KWSP, PERKESO, JTK or Ministry of Finance for the yearly license renewal
o Coordinate and assist with other section or department as necessary to support smooth running of operation; thereafter achieve the department objective
o To perform any other duties as management may require from time to time
o You need to be familiar with Eperolehan system. (submit tender online to get clients)
o So the rest of the job scope is more or less similar to your previous job because Im sure you are familiar with the general administrative work
