Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Administrative Assistants assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, preparing documents for meetings, and managing the calendar of their supervisors.

Job Requirements

Basic Speaking/ Writing :

  • Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia 
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
  • Driving license
  • Excel , MICROSOFT Knowledge
