Job ResponsibilityAs a personal assistant (PA) you'll work closely with the Director to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis.
General Tasks
Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls, letters and emails, preparing correspondences, , registration for company matters, banking matters, compiling and preparing reports in excel and power point presentation.
Arranging, attending meetings and taking minutes and reminders for the CEO, online and offline
Making travel arrangements and accompany the Director during outstation trips
Conducting research online, offline or fact finding works for Director
Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines
Miscellaneous tasks to support the Director's sales and marketing activities
To take care all company registration online and offline, attend tender briefings, banking matters and utility settlement online.
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
Tact, diplomacy and professional in communicating
A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required
Multitasking will be second nature with the ability to think ahead and anticipate situations.
Fast on feet, energetic, quick learner, comfortable with minimal resources and able to wear several hats
Basic with allowances will be added.
Meals and travelling allowances included for outstation trips.
