Job Responsibility
Assist General Ledger team on daily data entries (JV, filing etc), Assist Sales audit update the daily store collection report and handle full set of account for MJ Group Dormant Companies :-
1. Assist Sales audit Team on verify and update daily sales collection in excel.
2. Key-in daily journal voucher assigned by GL Team in to MMS accounting/SQL Accounting Systems.
3. Handle full set account of MJ Properties SB, MJ Reject Shop (2002) SB, Millionmart Sdn Bhd, Metro Multiples Sdn Bhd.
4. Assist GL/AP team on data migration to new SQL account system.
5. Able to handle ad hoc assignments when required.
