Job Responsibilityo To comply with all aspects of the Hanson Compliance Policy.
o To comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994(Act 514) and to observe the requirements of the Company Health Safety and Environment Policy and other relevant legislation.
o To assume responsibility for those aspects of the OH&S management system over which they have control.
o To participate in the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and actions (PDCA) for improvement of the OH&S management system.
o To report any incident involving own self, co-workers, contractors involving machineries or mobile machine whilst at the workplace to your immediate superior & (HSE Manager) as soon as reasonably practicable.
o To comply with procedures as required under current existing ISO standards.
o To update all areas of knowledge as required to carry out the job with maximum effectiveness and to attend training/development courses as and when required.
o To comply will all aspects of the HR Policies and Procedures of the Company.
