Job Responsibility- Prepare of management accounts and financial reports which is compliant with Accounting standards and companies act.
- Ensure timely, accurate ad hoc report and management accounts to facilitate management decision making.
- To be responsible for the preparation and submission on all tax matters.
- Review all month end schedules and reconciliations accounts.
- To liaise with auditor, tax agent and any regulatory authority on account, tax and indirect tax matters.
- Responsible to maintain proper record of company's fixed assets and stock
Job Requirements- Possess Min. Degree in Finance / Accounting / and or professional accounting qualification in ACCA/ PA
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in AR/AP/GL preferably in retail or service line.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Power Point and familiar with cash collection control and payment processing.
- Experience in dealing with auditors, tax agents and other regulatory authority
- Strong communication and capable to work under tight deadlines and to work independently
- Independent and quick learner.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, both in English & Mandarin is a MUST due to business nature
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mid Valley
- 1 Full-Time position available, mainly handle General Ledger
