Job ResponsibilityThe Job:
1. Reviewing the intercompany balances, preparing the reconciliations, justification of related companies billing and disclosures.
2. Updating the audit schedules for fixed assets, AP&AR, directors accounts, accruals, prepayment and etc.
3. Preparing month end journal entries to be captured into Finance System. Co-ordinate with Transaction team in reconciliation and data upkeeping.
4. Perform reasonableness test and analysis of the financial statements for the month (Gross Profit Margin, Comparison against previous months, etc). Preparation of Management Report Worksheet, that includes Financial Statements Presentation, Balance Sheet Schedules, and various Sub-Schedules to be submitted for management's review.
5. Preparing forex workings and journal entries to be captured into Finance's System.
6. Involve in Annual Audit preparation and co-ordinate with external auditors and tax agents to ensure audit and annual corporate tax filings are completed in timely manner.
7. Supporting the various ad-hoc Finance projects/assignments.
The Person:
1. Possess at least Degree in Accounting / Finance and/or ACCA (full or partial) Qualified.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role / capacity.
3. Good accounting knowledge and excel in reporting manner.
4. Positive attitude, detail-oriented and possess interpersonal skills.
5. Able to work under pressure.
6. Positive attitude and possess the ability to work collaboratively across all levels.
7. Good command of English (verbal & written).
