Job Description
Job Responsibility
Support of month-end financial close processes and reporting.
Manage daily general accounting activities.
Prepare general ledger journals, monthly account reconciliations and variance analysis.
Participation in monthly internal financial statements reviews for
Support external and internal audit requirement.
Manage relationships with banks, taxation, industry and commerce and other institutions, and handle business transactions with the company in a timely manner.
Ad hoc tasks assigned from time-to-time being.
Job Requirements
Required spoken and written language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
At least three (3) years' experience in accounting and or/ shipping work filed.
Experience in general ledger accounting or tax accounting, familiar with Malaysian tax regulations.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking.
