Job Descriptions
1) Maintain full sets of accounts
2) Responsible for checking sales invoices to ERP system
3) Responsible for processing supplier invoices and update into ERP system.
4) Processing of credit notes to customers.
5) Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily bank balances.
6) Prepare monthly management reports and other accounts/tax related schedules
7) Assist in audit and tax matters.
8) Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
Experience Requirements
1) Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
2) Candidate must have at least 2 years working experience in a related field.1
3) Candidates with 1-2 years audit experience is strongly encouraged to apply.
4) Proficiency in Excel and Word
5) Well versed in English & Bahasa Malaysia
6) Good interpersonal & communication skills
