Job Description
Job Responsibility
Able to handle full set accounting ie AR, AP, GL
Prepare annual financial reports and tax submission. Liaise with auditors for annual audit report and tax agents for tax related matters.
Liaise with company secretary
Handle full set of payroll administration including on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay-outs and statutory payments i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF etc. in compliance with all statutory requirements.
To assist in office administration (stationery, office equipment, upkeep and maintenance, etc)
Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration/ Management or equivalent.
Fresh Graduate OR SPM holder with minimum 1 years working experience is encourage to apply
Proficient in MS Office
Able to work independently, good working attitude and strong responsibility
Understand in both written and spoken English and Malay
Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
Experience in using SQL Accounting System is an added advantage
