Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Responsible for daily financial operations which include payments, receipts, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL) and other accounting functions.
- Reconcile balance sheet items and prepare schedules.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation.
- Prepare GST returns and reconciliation for review before submission.
- Maintain good documentation and filing system.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience is required for this position.
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office applications.
- Meticulous and eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills and a good problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under stress with minimum supervision.
- Able to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced and challenging environments.
- Mature and independent.
- Responsible and possess a positive attitude.
