Job ResponsibilityRESPONSIBILITIES
o Handle day to day accounts activity.
o Ensure all transactions are captured according to the company accounting policy.
o Reconcile invoices, identify discrepancies and update expenses reports.
o Ensure proper filing.
o Assist in ad-hoc assignment.
o Preparation on closing of monthly management accounts.
o Ensure all accounting entries are complete, correctly coded and accurate when entered into the accounting system.
o Ensure all supplier invoices and employee expense claims are accurately accorded for and are supported by relevant documents and appropriate.
o Assist in ad-hoc duty assigned by the management team from time-to-time.
o Ensure proper filling system and retrieving system maintained.
o Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other statutory bodies
Requirements:
o Candidate must possess at least Diploma in accounting or LCCI & above
o Preferable 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance industry
o Must be computer literate - MS excel and MS words
o Knowledge of Autocount or other accounting software is an added advantage
o Team worker with good interpersonal skills
o Willing to learn and able to work independently
o Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
