Job Responsibilityo Handling basic book keeping for instance, prepare cheque/payment instruction & voucher and issue invoice, updating the schedule/records, handle account payable & account receivable.
o Ensure proper filling & scanning of documentation.
o Key in data into accounting system and ensure account are up to date at all time
o Assist daily administrative work in finance department.
o Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
o Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in Finance / Accounting / Banking or equivalent.
o Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
o Willing to learn and take on added responsibility, commitment and discipline.
o Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
o Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage.
o Required language (s): English Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
o Required skill (s): Proficient in Microsoft Office-MS & Excel.
