Job ResponsibilityJunior Accounting Executive helps in the record and assembly of the day-to-day financial transactions of an organisation or company, consisting usually of sales, purchases, payments, receipts, accounts payable and accounts receivable. They ensure all financial transactions are documented in the appropriate (day) book and general ledger, and that they are balanced out. They prepare the recorded books and ledgers with financial transactions and then analyse balance sheets and income statements. They will also learn from and help out Accounting Executives while on the job.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Possess own transport
