Continually work to improve business processes and identify savings opportunities across the network, such as the exploration of alternative mode. This includes equipment sizing, maintenance, vendor and certified body relationships.
Assisting in developing and preparing the annual preliminary budget for maintenance, repair, and servicing functions; analyze and review budgetary and financial data; control and authorize expenditures in accordance with established limitations.
Reviewed and studied the capital equipment requisitions in line with corporate guidelines and objectives. Responsible to recommend for purchase and liquidation of machines, generator and equipment.
Synchronized trucks, tractors, machines, fire extinguishers maintenance pre-deployment for both CPPC, Farm, Pump Houses, Generators and Farm machines. Plans, directs, and coordinates vehicle maintenance and repair programs by advocating best practices in industry.
Develop, prepare, control and oversee the whole disposal process of all organic and non-organic waste by meeting all authorities and ISO requirement.
Ensures electrical system is operated within the established performance parameter.
Ensures compliance of technical specification and authorities requirements, for any project implementation.
Conduct periodically inspection servicing and troubleshooting for electrical system, generator, panel and substation accordingly.
Hand on all required resources and performing the maintenance schedule
Promptly response towards the maintenance activities.Ensure high safety standards and housekeeping is being implemented and maintained at workplace.
Analytical and problem solving of electrical supply matter.
Conduct monitoring, trending and tracking of power consumption.
Liaise with visiting Engineer for monthly check-up of Electrical installations.
Attend Emergency situation: Trip / blackout: Able to reach and attend the problems any. (Considering Public Holiday and night time).
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
