Job ResponsibilityLooking for Accountant Cum Admin for a SME (Food Production) based in Subang Jaya.
Job Scope
1. Responsible for handling daily accounts, audit, tax, cash flow, and all finance-related monthly closing of accounts.
2. Finalization of accounts for annual audit and taxation matters.
3. To follow up on payments from clients.
4. Handle material orders and issue payments to suppliers.
5. Support recruitment of staff, staff attendance, payroll and claims.
6. Handle certification requirements and documentations.
7. Support a variety of administrative duties such as preparing invoices, delivery orders, develop and maintain a filing system, etc
8. Oversee day-to-day operation and perform other duties as assigned
Internship/Fresh Graduate / with working experience and computer knowledge (Microsoft Word & Excel)
