Job Responsibility--) Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly accounting reports, including input transaction and finalisation.
--) Prepare, finalise & reconcile of full set account such as balance sheet profit and loss (P&L), Cash Flow and other reports.
--) Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system
--) Assist and support immediate superior for daily company operation
--) Manage admin work involving the General Manager or office affairs.
--) Liaise with External Auditors, Tax Agent, and government authorities when required
--) Perform and handle monthly payroll system, including submission of EPF, Socso, PCB and yearly Form E & EA.
--) Responsible submission of GST/SST and Withholding tax return timely
