Job Responsibility

• To handle full set of accounts independently.
• To set up the Accounts Department and invoicing system
• To handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation and General Accounting / Finance functions.
• To process payment and petty cash reimbursement relating to vendor and staff claims
• To prepare bank and other accounts related reconciliations
• To ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date monthly accounts, cash flow statement, staff claims and various reports
• To assist in collating, analyzing, summarizing and preparing accounts information and trends for finance reports, audit & tax purpose
• To perform systematic filing with proper labels.

Job Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Full Set Accounting.
• Excellent computer literacy in Excel, Ms Office and Accounting software is an added advantage.
