Job Responsibility

• Monitoring daily financial transactions.
• Overseeing accounting procedures like billing and invoicing.
• Processing monthly salaries for employees.
• Ensuring that tax processes and other financial activities follow government regulations.
• Preparing and examining data before inputting it in general ledger accounts.
• Recognising and settling inconsistencies in financial records.
• Verifying that an organisation's expenses stay within budget.
• Working with banks, public auditors and other external employees to keep financial records in order.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• E-commerce background is advantage.
• Good knowledge in accounting, regulatory and legal requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and workplace communication skills
• Self-motivated and strong desire to achieve more in their career
• Required language: Mandarin
