Job Responsibility

• Prepare and maintain the accounting database.
• Maintains accounting cash & bank records by making copies.
• Reconcile the accounts payable and accounts receivable. Journal creation for bank account transactions.
• Check debtor ageing and make sure no outstanding records.
• Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with the general ledger.
• Check creditor ageing & request SOA.
• Calculate depreciation, accrual and journal entry.
• Verifies financial reports, P & L report by branch and monthly submission to CEO for review.
• Perform any other expressed or implied duties required by the Superior

Job Requirements

• Full Time Only
• Possess minimum Diploma in Accounting
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field (from the retail industry will be more advantage)
• Fresh graduates will be offered an account assistant position
• Can speak Mandarin & English, as you will need to talk with Mandarin & English-speaking parties
• Able to join immediately or on short notice
• Prior knowledge of accounting software will have added advantage
• Ability to work independently
