Job Description
Job Responsibility
Data entry for purchase invoice & payment for maintaining account payable
Data entry for staff claims
Preparation of monthly AP Report-Accruals-POR for each month
Monitor Accrual POR
Monthly Closing for AP account
Perform reconciliation of AP account to suppliers' statement
Perform reconciliation of AP aging to GL
Prepare cheque for the monthly payment
Keeping track of all payments and expenditure, including payroll, purchase order, invoice, statement, etc.
Responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors' Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field and manufacturing industries is required for this position
Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Finance-General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
