Job Responsibility

• Prepare and complete monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations for key GL accounts.
• Reconciliation of inter-co transactions.
• Responsible for stock taking on monthly and also year-end stocks take.
• Responsible for daily accounts recording functions.
• Prepare regular payment
• To ensure accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, journal and general ledger functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner.
• Responsible for the timely submission, accuracy and maintenance of financial records.
• Responsible overall filing of accounts related documents and maintenance of records.
• Update records, verify invoices, month end closing, creditors, debtors, intercompany reconciliation
• Assist in other task when required.
• Scope of work will be revised depending on the management needs or request. Others related duties as and when assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• Fresh Graduates with 1-2 years working experience is welcome.
• Analytically strong with good attention for detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A team player with strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Possess own transport will be required.
