Job ResponsibilityOverview
The Account Manager is accountable for the customer satisfaction through a close and strong relationship with the customers for a dedicated scope. He/she is responsible to develop, implement and adapt the most appropriate strategy for each account. He/she is able to animate/coordinate the teams to answer the client needs and requests, and to measure the efficiency of actions proposed. He/she is able to promote the value proposition offer and to manage commercial offers.
Responsibilities
1) In close collaboration with the Business Unit and the Product Line, prepare and present proposals that meet customer expectations and Company's business objectives.
2) Participate to the contract elaboration and lead negotiations with the customer team through closing.
3) Identify and generate new business opportunities, assessing customers' real needs and requirements.
4) Evaluate competitive solutions to be proposed and promote offer to the customer contacts and decision makers.
5) Manage existing key accounts, Identifying and establishing new customers in target market of bulk liquid storage & distribution, in oil & gas, edible oils and chemical industries. Also provide control system integration solutions to customers.
Requirements
? Bachelor or Master's degree in business administration, engineering, Operational Technology, Information Technology or a related field.
? Minimum of 3/4 years of experience as an account manager in technical sales and/or consultative selling or a similar role.
? Knowledge and/or network in the industrial IT market.
? Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
? Complex sales management skills.
? Time management & prioritization skills.
? Solid analytical and problem solving abilities.
? Resilient and results oriented personality.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
? Familiar with the use of CRM softwares.
