Job ResponsibilityJob Description
o Maintaining full set of accounts
o Obtain information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date.
o Review accounts, client & supplier payments, credit history, and develop new or better repayment terms.
o Perform accounting administrative function such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
o Prepare Debtor, Creditor, inventory listing & cashflow forecast.
o Generating reports and statements for internal use.
o Responsible on deliveries & provide supports to customer by monitoring the actual arrival of goods to meet the on-time delivery.
o Ensuring customer Delivery Order with chopped and signed and dispatch efficiently to meet the on-time documentation.
o Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the Management.
Job Requirement
o Degree in Accounting or equivalent
o At least 2 years of experience
o Having basic accounting knowledge
o Knowledge of basic purchasing for material and services.
o Knowledge of ISO 9001/GDPMD requirement.
o Experience user of IT applications such as Microsoft Office and SQL Accounting
o Proficiency in English is essential.
o Must be willing to work in Setia Alam.
