Job Responsibility

• Assist Manager to prepare and maintain full set of accounts and financial statement
• Assist in account receivables and account payables.
• Will be handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
• Learning how to work as part of the Accounting team to compile and analyse data, track information and support the company.
• Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Liaise with auditor
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation

Job Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years experience in related field & full set accounting knowledge
• Tech savvy and stronger with Math.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English is a .
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
• Motivation and willing to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
• Self motivated, eager to learn by taking on new challenges.
