Job Description

In this role, you key accountabilities include: o Perform daily accounting function such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger. o Ensure timely billing to stakeholders and compliance with AR & AP procedures by generating and raising invoices, debit, and credit notes o Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support company accounting activities. o Update and verify daily receipts against bank statement are accurately recorded and post to respective AR. o Monitor AR outstanding balance from time to time and follow up collection. o Upload AR ageing reports to respective sales team; report on collection status. o Update and verify account payable invoices are correctly recorded and arrange payment on stipulated time. o Ensure proper maintenance of documentations and filing to support all accounting records. o Prepare bank reconciliation as well for other reconciliation when needed. o To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
To succeed in this role, we will need you to have: o Possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. o Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. o Good interpersonal, willingness to learn, team player and committed to work. o Good in written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay & Mandarin
