o Responsible for organizing and supporting activities to support network growth
o Maintain strong relationship/rapport with network leaders and distributors
o Responsible for organization and execution of events, meetings, training, and other activities
o Participate in developing and implementing a comprehensive digital and offline strategy to increase our brand awareness
o Collaborate with the Network Sales Manager to establish sales goals and discuss marketing strategies.
o Partner with distributors to align goals with Company strategies in meeting revenue targets.
o Continuous relationship building with members/distributors with the ability to motivate and encourage positive progression.
