Job ResponsibilityoManage GL, Accounts, Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
oPrepare the monthly bank reconciliation, support on cashflow forecast
oPrepare monthly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet and schedules)
oSupport monthly payroll
oPrepare Journals Entries and Audit Schedules
oEnsure accurate timely submission of regulatory requirements: EPF, SOCSO,PCB and etc.
oProcess staff claims
oLiaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretarial and other external parties.
oMaintain good filing system
