Job Responsibility* Preparation of Yearly Forecast for Income & Expenditure.
* Preparation of monthly management accounts and preforms analytical review.
* Preparation of monthly expenditure reports and variances analysis.
* To prepare and monitor Cash flow.
* To oversee Account Payable & Account Receivable matters.
* To Prepare monthly payment schedule.
* Checking on the payment issue
* Monitoring customer's outstanding account.
* To handle bank reconcilation.
* To prepare Fixed Assets Register.
* To Computate of sales commission
* To ensure all relevant documents are in placed before audit.
* Laise with auditors during the audit period.
* Laise with bankers and company secretaty.
* Supervise and monitor the work progress of Accounts Assistant
* To Assist in other ad hoc projects when assigned.
* Revamp existing costing and accounting entry presentation.
* Assist in insurance and licensing matters.
