Job Description
Job Responsibility
Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting includes Periodical Financial Close Process, General Ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivable, Bank, etc. and to ensure quality of accounting data.
Manage data entry & updating accounting records on timely manner.
Liaise with internal and external parties: auditor, tax agent, company secretary, banker and others.
Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
Monthly banks reconciliation.
To maintain proper accounting records and filing system.
Assist in audit and tax preparation
Supervise and review the work performance of subordinates.
Perform any other duties & responsibilities as and when assigned by management
Job Requirements
Must be willing to work in Pulau Indah, Klang
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
FAMILIAR WITH SQL SOFTWARE ACCOUNTING WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE.
Good time management in order to complete assigned tasks and word in tight schedule, positive work attitude and pleasant personality
